OUR STORY
Located at Hauser & Wirth Somerset, flame, food, community and art are at the heart of Roth Bar & Grill.
Connecting farmer, butcher, forager, chef and guest, this vibrant and informal eating and drinking place celebrates simple, seasonal, local ingredients cooked over fire and set against a background of extraordinary contemporary art.
ABOUT US
FOOD & DRINK
At Roth Bar & Grill we cook with the seasons, using produce from our farm; fruit and vegetables from the Walled Garden at Roundhill Grange and long-term local suppliers. The majority of our meat comes from our own Rare Breed flocks and herds, ensuring traceability and control over welfare standards, whilst our forager scours the local fields, hedgerow and woodland for seasonal plants and mushrooms. Nothing is wasted. Everything has its place.

ROTH BAR
Created by long-term friends and artists, Björn and Oddur Roth, our specially commissioned bar is a tribute to Björn’s late father, Dieter Roth. Comprised of scavenged materials and inspired by the history of Durslade Farm, Björn and Oddur used a mix of agricultural and found objects.
