
FONDUE EXPERIENCE

Continuing the Hauser & Wirth Somerset Swiss takeover with the GRUPPENAUSSTELLUNG exhibition we are excited to be bringing back our Fondue Experience from 20th November to 1st January. Cosy up on sheepskin throws with friends and family over a steaming pot of fondue, and imagine yourself in an Alpine retreat. From charcuterie to bread, dip into the melting pot of delicious cheese accompanied by some seasonal cocktail specials.

Charcuterie board
Cornish salami, Capreolus air dried beef and honey roast Sandridge Farm ham £14
Vegetable board

Chesil Smokery cold smoked trout and Brown & Forrest hot smoked trout £14
FONDUE
Swiss cheese fondue (2 people minimum)
Vacherin, Fribourgeois & Gruyere cheese, white wine, nutmeg
Served with sourdough, potatoes, chipolatas, pickles £20pp
Add locally sourced truffle for an extra £15pp
Somerset cheese fondue (2 people minimum)
Montgomery’s Ogleshield, Duckett’s Caerphilly and Durslade cider
Served with sourdough, potatoes, chipolatas, pickles £20pp

Chocolate fondue (2 people minimum):
Served with marshmallows, clementines, apple and almond biscuits £10pp
Add Somerset Brandy for an extra £5 per person
Fondue is available Tuesday – Saturday for lunch and dinner.
